By Fredrica Syren:

Finally I’m back in my own kitchen and wow it feels good after spending a week in a San Francisco airbnb that had only a small minimal kitchen making cooking a challenge. This week I’m home alone with the kiddos so I like food I can prep ahead or cook in a crockpot. We try eating soup at least one day a week because the kids love it and also it’s easy and you can add lots of veggies to it. The loaded potato nachos are epic and is a recipe from Medical Medium web site. If you have not checked him out yet I highly recommend it. Dessert this week is sweet chocolate pizza which may sound really strange but actually is good and a perch way to use up extra pizza dough.
