Sweet and spicy chill sauce

Stir frys is a good way to serve a lot of vegetables that does not require lots of skills or time. When I’m really in a rush I love woking veggies and just add a little sweet chill sauce for extra flavor and serve it over cooked rice. My favorite chili sauce is homemade. I personally think this sauce taste great on almost everything. So have fun!

1 tsp canola oil
3 red Jalapeño peppers, minced with seeds
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup  white wine vinegar
1/2 tbs tomato puree
1/4 cup water

Cook peppers and garlic in a small sauce pan on medium heat not letting them brown. Add honey, vinegar, tomato puree and water and blend well. Let sauce cool off completely before pouring it into a clean glass jar.
