By Fredrica Syren:

Last week I was at a birthday party for my dear friend Jackie, and of course there were lots of yummy foods. While there, I was introduced to Beruna living foods sprouted seasonings and tried some on top of my salad. Oh my…

I’m usually not a mixed seasoning kind of gal, but I like the idea of seasonings containing only sprouted organic seeds, superfoods and spices in a blend that’s beneficial for you. Yes!!! Beruna offers both sweet and savory spice blends. My favorite savories are their Black Truffle and Turmeric. The black truffle is now my “must have” on popcorn, and I like the turmeric sprinkled on my salads, roasted veggies and a top my Buddha bowls.

The sweet spice blends come in CINNAMON SPICE, BERRY VANILLA and COCONUT CACAO. They all contain organic, GMO free and vegan sprouted seeds, superfoods, super fruits, coconut palm sugar and spices. My kids’ favorite, for sure, is the Berry Vanilla: they love it on top of their oatmeal or yogurt. My favorite is the cinnamon spice, which goes perfectly on my chia pudding or nice cream.

All six spice blends are hand crafted in small batches and are organic, non-GMO, gluten free, vegan, paleo and mostly raw! Just what my body likes☺

Beruna offers $2 off per bottle until 11/30/2018 with the code green-mom10
