Mushroom pasta sauce
This one of Bella favorite pasta sauces and the funny part is that she does not even care for mushrooms very much unless it’s BBQ portabella mushrooms. I always say I know it’s good when she happily eats it all up before we even finished ours and gets sad when there is no seconds left:( We ate the sauce with angel hair pasta and broccoli.

Creamy mushroom pasta sauce
1 tbs canola oil
1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup yellow onions, diced
1 cup cream ( I used So delicious coconut cream)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil on medium heat in a frying pan. Saute the mushrooms brown. Add onions and cook until they are glossy but not brown. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes and then add salt and pepper. Toss the pasta with the sauce.
