The salad in it’s self was pretty simple; greens, tomato, different spouts, red peppers, cucumbers and sunflower seeds. What makes the salad special is the kiwi-poppy seeds dressing. I made my own version of it and it turned out really well.

2 tbs raspberry vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs honey
1/4 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 kiwi
Place everything in a blender and mix.
