Garlic and rosemary roasted baby potatoes
We received baby potatoes in our shipment form Sea Breeze this week and I knew exactly what I was going to use for them for. I roasted them with skin and all since they are organic it’s safe and a lot of nutrients is in the skin. The garlic is roasted in cloves and they are divine and as much fun as the potatoes. I used two kinds of oils; olive and hazelnut oil.
Roasted baby potatoes
2 cup small baby potatoes
10 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs hazelnut oil or use other nut oil
Preheat oven for 480F
Mix every thing in a baking dish and make sure everything is coated in oil. Bake for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to 400F and bake for about 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are browned and soft.
