2 cups cooked bulgur
1 cup cooked fava beans
garlic herb salt
1 tsp ground chili pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese ( I used rice cheese)
1/4 cup sour cream ( I used tofutti sour cream)
Unhulled sesame seeds to coat the patties in
2 tbs olive oil
Preheat oven to F400.
Combine bulgur, fava beans, herb salt, chili pepper, cheese, sour cream in a food processor and mix but still letting some bigger pieces of beans left. With wet hands shape dough into smaller patties. Place sesame seeds in a bowl and turn the patties to coat them so they are sort of breaded. Place patties on a parchment paper and brush each with a little olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
