I still had some green, yellow and purple beans I had bought for Thanksgiving dinner so they were served as a side dish with neatloaf, mashed potatoes on Friday night.
I’m beat after this weekend and after a week with no school which off course means I have to be even more creative than usual:) I know Bella is so happy to be back to school tomorrow and see her friends again. It’s a good feeling with when your child loves her school.
Place beans, hot water, taco spice and mustard in a saucepan and bring t a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes or until beans are al dente. Add sauce cream, salt and simmer for another minute or so. Right before serving, sprinkle nuts on top.
