BBQ Marinade for Vegetables

We had a wonderful day here in San Diego so we BBQ for dinner. I made marinate seitan, corn on the cob and yam. In the last shipment from Sea Breezed I received many yams so why not BBQ them?. I pre-cooked both the corn and yam and them sliced the yam. Brushed both of them with this amazing marinate. I think this marinate could also work well as a sauce so save leftover marinate to add to your meal.

Vegetables marinate or sauce
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tbs tomato ketchup
1 tbs paprika powder
1 tbs all seasons salt
1/4 cup non-dairy cream

Blend everything together.
