Over 90 percentof Americans eat foot that has a higher sodium content than recommended. The prevalence of obesity and other ailments is on the rise. And all of it can be traced back to a poor diet.

If you want to remain healthy and fitfor the years to come, it is time to include green foods in your diet. Here are 8 green foods that you must include in your daily diet.
